The Shop is a great place to take our Sprinter/Revel for service. They are friendly and know the technical details of the Sprinter vans, and have been external;y helpful in diagnosing and fixing the small issues we've had with our Revel.

Updating my review from 5 to 1…have been a customer here for a long time and apparently they’ve decided they no longer want to service my van. Disappointing especially since I’ve sent a number of people there direction over the years.

The Shop was great at attending to my MB Sprinter and communication was great!! I had a complicated issue and Patten was really helpful and went out of his way to explain his logic and process. I highly recommend the Shop!!!

I always have such a pleasant experience when I visit The Shop. As a van upfitter myself who drives a Toyota Tacoma truck, I really appreciate that my local mechanics are specialists in both of the vehicles that I would being to them. Would recommend to all.
