Genuinely- as recommended to me by my friend Stephen Z, everyone I came into contact with at The Shop LLC made an otherwise miserable car-related-mishap AS pleasant as it could have been. I’ve worked with several shops in the area, and I’d absolutely recommend The Shop LLC to anyone!

My repair concerns were clearly understood. The knowledge and customer respect is overwhelming. A full discussion of my vehicle health was described. Their attention to detail, listening to my questions put you at ease with trust. Jason P. is the 4th team member at The Shop I’ve spoken to and the customer service continues to impress me. Cormak and Piper were well informed of my vehicle concerns and handled our discussions with full satisfaction. Customer service is in The Shop DNA! In some cases you cannot train this, I highly recommend The Shop.

We have taken our sprinter van to The Shop Automotive several times now and have been happy with the service. They were clear about the things they recommend based on their experience, and they were timely even when short staffed.

The Shop did a great job bringing my Sprinter back to life after it has sat for a year - highly recommend.

I only us my truck occasionally but wanted the emergency brake to work as I often park on a hill. They took the time to explain the problem to me and showed me that rust had built up on my old truck's emergency brakes. They freed up the rusted brakes and did not try to sell me more than was needed to get me back on the road for occasional use (they also cleaned out the mouse nest that was under the hood). The price was very reasonable.

These people are great! Cormac worked on our Sprinter/Revel and went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with the codes it was throwing. We are so glad to have a local shop to work on our Revel, ands we recommend them to anyone who has a Sprinter and needs a trustworthy and friendly place to take it for service.

What can I say….I am so happy I found The Shop to care for my Mercedes. Cormack is more than a mechanic, he’s a partner with you to care for your car. He comes up with a care plan for you car to keep it in tip top condition for as long as you want to own you car. And Piper seems to be the heart and soul of The Shop….just wonderful.
