The Shop staff took time to take me through their recommendations after their free inspection, which I really appreciated. They also understood that I don't make a ton of money, so we prioritized what needed to be done first, and what could come next, etc. I really appreciate their pick-up and dropoff option for folks that are more high-risk. I can tell they really do care about their customers.

II'm a no to this business. While there are some positives, you should know about the negatives. Jason is the owner. He was initially awesome on the phone which is why I decided to take my Range Rover into them. Once I took it in, his tech, however, was condescending and a horrible communicator. When I raised it with Jason, he was apologetic but did not handle the issue. The biggest problem is an issue they missed. They told me there was no problemI with my suspension even though I told them the light kept coming on and that the Range Rover dealership had said there was a problem with the suspension. After picking it up, the light continued to come on and the error message says I can't drive it over 30 miles per hour. When I called them back to see about getting the issue looked at, Jason was extremely condescending. There were multiple people listening to how he spoke to me (I had him on speaker) and were appalled by his lack of professionalism. (they had choice words about him after the call) Even though they made the error and he agreed it would only take 30 minutes to look at it, he is refusing to look at it for 2 weeks. That is a problem for me given that we want to use it for my birthday weekend to go on a staycation. I'm fuming about the arrogance and complete unprofessionalism of this guy.

Brought in a car for inspection to make sure it's a good purchase. Everyone was really great, they inspected it thoroughly and suggested some minor maintenance (which we were happy to do) and answered all our questions patiently. We're really pleased that we found this shop :)

I bring all my vehicles here. I’ve had a chance to work with Patton and Cormac as my main mechanics for my Ford Van and Cormac also was able to dive deep into a 1959 Corvette in need of some complicated repairs. I have no complaints and feel that their service 100% awesome. Recommend the Shop to all of my friends.

Always a good, honest and personalized experience.

My Sprinter is at The Shop Automotive right now, as the Alternator put in two years ago by a generic repair facility that does mostly tires and "under-car" services. Prior work to correct work by others, and work NEEDED but MISSED by a lazy dealership was so satisfactory, this likely will be the only place it goes for all service.

I’m a new Sprinter-Revel owner. A good friend with a Sprinter RV recommend The Shop Automotive as a locally owned alternative to the Mercedes dealership. I am very happy that he did, as I’ve just been through my first appointment (10,000 mile oil change, tire rotation, inspection) and paid considerably less than the MB quote. And, this is a fun group of car guys, so I did extend the visit talking about common issues, upgrades, etc. And, the location is easy to find with a huge parking lot. 👍

We took our Sprinter-Revel RV to The Shop Automotive for its 10,000 mile oil change, inspection and tire rotation, based on a friend’s high praise for their quality and price. I’m very pleased with their thoroughness, recommendations and great bang for the buck. I’m happy to have found a locally owned alternative to the MB dealership.👍

I used them for helping me solve a battery issue with my Prius. They did a great job and it was very affordable!

I had just started a road trip in my campered-out Sprinter van when my 'Check Engine' light came on. I called them while on the road, and they said they could do an OBD scan right away. They took care of me immediately when I drove in, looked at the codes, and gave me an honest assessment of the situation. I was on my way in no time! Jason, Phil and Cormac were fantastic - thank you, guys!
