Love The Shop! I've been coming here for years, and I'm always impressed by their level of professionalism, honesty, and efficiency in completing repairs. I always feel like they give me the pros/cons of whether to fix something while explaining things clearly. Love being able to book an appointment online as well which is surprisingly rare for mechanic shops.

Wonderful experience! Brought a van we were considering buying and they did a super through pre purchase inspection for us! Piper walked me through everything and the tech took 3 hours to help us determine if it was a good purchase! When we buy a van we will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!!

I found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. They were organized and answered all my questions. Their work was done thoroughly and without issues. They did point out a couple of things I might want to consider having done but they did not apply any pressure. The Shop Automotive IS my new automobile mechanic shop. They truly are a 5-star mechanics shop and it shows from their amazing staff to how well they keep up the cleanliness of their facility.
