John, the owner, has great and extensive experience and know-how from his career as a mechanic and it shows when you talk to him about your own vehicle. Jason Patton (another mechanic at the shop automotive) is NASA mechanic smart. He really really knows his stuff and is extremely informed and passionate about his work. This is the best automotive shop! I will never go anywhere else. I was having some car trouble, and even though I got to The Shop after it was closed, the owner was so kind and helped me anyway. Brought my 2005 sprinter here to have some work done. Everything they did was done well. They didn't overcharge me for parts and the hourly wage was reasonable. They had plenty of knowledge on sprinters which was a relief. Not many shops both auto and diesel understand sprinters or even want to work on them. The shop got me in very quickly and the repairs were done in 2 days. So far everything is going well on the vehicle. The shop employees are very friendly and know what they are talking about. I will definitely go back when I need more repairs.
