All these good reviews must be from close friends or relatives because all this shop wanted to do was fix everything on my car EXCEPT what I brought it in for.
Hi Brian. I reviewed your repair order from June. I would first like to apologize if you didn't feel that your immediate concerns were addressed. Obviously, handling specific concerns that you have is my first priority. However, it appears as though we estimated the repair you requested, which you declined along with a few others. I don't typically use the term "safety issue" very liberally, but the vehicle that you brought in for us to inspect had a lot of dangerous failures across various systems. Specifically, the wiper blades, drive belt, and some suspension components were in such a severe state of failure, that I didn't feel comfortable with myself or my employees operating the vehicle. I certainly wouldn't want to be implicated with servicing a vehicle that could cause or be involved in an accident and I advised you appropriately. I believe the issue at hand is we politely declined to service the vehicle if at least the glaring safety issues were not addressed. Once again, very sorry if you were not happy with your experience. If you ever need help in the future with a vehicle that is in a reasonable state of repair I would be happy to help you. Best, - Jason
