These guys are great! John quoted me a price that was well within what I was planning on spending, and the work done was great! They communicated to me throughout the process and were able to answer every question i had. A great shop! Well worth the drive to North Boulder!!

Really impressed with this shop and will be bringing my vehicles here going forward after a recent experience. I took my wife's newer Subaru to wALMART in Lafayette last Saturday for an oil change (yeah, yeah, why did I bring it there?!) and they drained the transmission fluid! Of course, they didn't know what to do other than telling me I might be able to drive it to a mechanic. Long story short, the only shop open on a Saturday night that I could find was this place, so I had it towed there and promptly taken care of. The co-owner, Jason, was there and was not only easy to talk to but also a super nice person. WOW!! AND, OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS!!

Love these guys! My fiance and I were passing through Boulder and needed a quality mechanic we could trust. We called around and went with these guys because they came in under the estimates of the other shops and seemed genuinely cool. We got our timing belt replaced on our 2005 Toyota Sienna and various other jobs done at the same time. These guys were fair, efficient, honest and did really good work to get us back out there on the road. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

Best experience with a mechanic ever! I know close to nothing about cars but these guys are solid! And they are quick, too. I got detailed feedback within hours of driving my car over. John didn't try to sell me anything. He suggested priority areas and gave me an estimate for the fixes that will have to be made eventually. He took my concerns seriously, even though they turned out not be issues. More than anything though, I appreciated that I wasn't treated like a dummy. I often get that treatment as a woman but John took his time to check my car thoroughly. I can highly recommend the shop!

We got in touch with Jason, who works at The Shop, about an hour before they were closing as he was wrapping up his projects at the end of the day, and just needed help swapping out a tire. He was so kind and so helpful! We couldn't have been more appreciative of his help as we were driving cross country and just needed to keep moving! Everybody should go here, they are fantastic.

At The Shop you'll find good men that excel as mechanics. I've been taking my cars to The Shop ever since they opened. When you find a quality mechanic, you tend to stick with them. My experience at The Shop has always been positive, whether on the phone or trouble shooting in-house. Jason and his business partner, John, are incredibly smart, patient, and knowledgable. The staff are courteous, efficient, and organized. Quick turnaround and reliable service!!

Today I drop off a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was considering buying as a used vehicle. Jason and the team at The Shop Automotive did a great job giving me feedback on the car based on their used car inspection. They were quick and very thorough. Albeit Jason is a personal friend, He is one of the most honest hard working people I've met. He saved me hundreds of dollars in work that the dealer suggested I do. I highly recommend The Shop for any thing device or repair related. Friendly and honest, and not to mention quality work.

This was one of the most thorough repair jobs I've ever had. John also took the time to show me some of the other issues (including ones the dealer missed earlier in the day) and help me figure out which ones are higher up on the list of necessary repairs, without a hard sell. He seemed to genuinely care about making my 4Runner last as long as possible and stayed super late to get my truck fixed that day. Super pleasant guys, super clean (and I mean CLEAN) shop, fair prices for quality work, and an all around great experience.
