Thoroughly knowledgeable about the Sprinter. They carry a fair amount of parts which facilitates prompt response to needs. I've worked with them for several years over which time they have developed a thorough understanding of my van which has been helpful. Good operation.

I'm a repeat customer -- and will be one as long as I own my MB Sprinter van! Jason performed the inspection on my vehicle and then we discussed the issues he found one at a time and determined whether action was required immediately or if it was an item to watch. As far as I can tell, The Shop has never recommended work that was not necessary. All my questions were answered related to recommended work prior to anything being done. Not directly related to the actual work, but certainly to my overall impression of the professionalism of the staff and company... the shop is exceptionally clean, organized and well run. Clearly they take pride in their work!
