Wonderful experience! Brought a van we were considering buying and they did a super through pre purchase inspection for us! Piper walked me through everything and the tech took 3 hours to help us determine if it was a good purchase! When we buy a van we will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!!

I found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. They were organized and answered all my questions. Their work was done thoroughly and without issues. They did point out a couple of things I might want to consider having done but they did not apply any pressure. The Shop Automotive IS my new automobile mechanic shop. I'm so grateful to have found the Shop Automotive in Boulder - worth the distance coming from Northern New Mexico, where I have no resources besides very expensive and untrustworthy Mercedes dealerships hours South. They helped me repair the broken door to my sprinter and a number of much needed maintenance updates as well, all in 2 full business days. They were great to work with, friendly and helpful, and can get parts in super quickly. I'd definitely go back!
